the company's directors, shareholders and registered secretary must be filed at
the Companies Registry and are on public record.
Authorized Capital
The
authorized capital as low as HKD 10,000 and the paid-up capital is HKD 1. There
is no assets examination but its levies tax is necessary.

The
government stipulates that a limited company must have a legal secretary; the
