China
(Shanghai) free trade area, the in Shanghai regional free economic zone, was
set up by Chinese government. The test area was formally approved by the State
Council on August 22, 2013. Shanghai Free Trade Area covers Shanghai Waigaoqiao
Bonded Zone, Waigaoqiao Bonded Logistics Park, Yangshan Bonded Port and
Shanghai Pudong Airport Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Jinqiao Export
Processing Zone, Zhangjiang High-Tech Park and Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone
seven regions. Shanghai FTA Registration refers to the establishment of the

Procedures of WFOE Registration in Shanghai FTA
1.To
determine the company address (you can use their actual lease address , or use
the virtual register address we provide);
2.Check
the names of the company;
3.The
preparation of materials;
4.Officially
submit documents at one-stop accepting counter,
5.Carved
chapters;
6.Open a
bank account and apply for the remaining documents.
